Weekly Inspections

Inspections include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Confirm proper operation of the security system and secure all doors- Inspect all HVAC systems

  • Inspect circuit breaker panel(s) for any issues

  • Run water through all interior fixtures

  • Confirm proper operation of hot water heaters

  • Confirm functionality of garage heater(s)

  • Ensure vehicle battery tender(s) are operating properly

  • Confirm internet and wireless network connectivity

  • Receive and place delivered packages inside the home

  • Preventative maintenance on refrigerator and appliances, including filter cleaning

  • HVAC service and filter replacement

  • HVAC return grill cleaning

  • Bathroom exhaust fan cleaning

  • Water softener service

  • Sink and shower drain maintenance

  • Store or set out outdoor furniture seasonally

Monthly Inspections

Inspections include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Inspect crawl space for leaks or moisture concerns or pests

  • Run major appliances through a full cycle to confirm functionality

  • Fire sprinkler system and extinguisher inspection

  • Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors test

  • Check and adjust sodium/potassium levels in the water softener

  • Maintain light bulb inventory and replace burned-out bulbs

  • Drive owner vehicles

  • Test television, AV systems, and electronics

  • Confirm operation of gas grill and check propane levels

  • Monitor fuel oil and propane tank levels

  • Verify operation of exterior water fixtures, if applicable

  • Conduct exterior perimeter inspections

  • Create a monthly property report
